Great Awakening Ministry - Services
Great Awakening Ministry is a faith-based recovery/wellness program that will fulfill the Kingdom Of God’s mandate: We will feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, provide a place to live for the homeless, clothe the naked, visit the sick and help the prisoners. We are anointed to preach the gospel to the poor, heal the broken-hearted, preach deliverance to the captives, open blinded eyes, set
at liberty those that are bruised and preach the acceptable year of the
Lord. We love the unlovable and help those that can’t help themselves.
Our main objective is to minimize the recidivism rate by providing transitional housing, wellness services, education, job placement services, life skills, parenting classes and referral services to women released from prison, destitute and homeless.
We will model behaviors for the women who are re-entering into society through Great Awakening Ministry, focusing on their children so that the children become integrated into the larger community and don't become a part of that criminal cycle.
